2020 National Coalition Survey is in Your Best Interest
Every year, the National Coalition conducts surveys of 7-Eleven franchisees so we can better understand your concerns and communicate with SEI. It is our job to independently represent all 7-Eleven franchisees and the best way for us to do that is to truly understand your concerns.
In the past, these surveys have told us whether you believe you are getting the lowest cost of goods from your vendor partners or whether SEI executives are honest and ethical. Results of past surveys led the NCASEF Board to take a vote of “No Confidence” in SEI leadership. The data we generate from franchisee surveys is extremely valuable for this organization.
Recently, you received information for the National Coalition’s 2020 Franchisee Survey. In light of the struggles we are all facing with the coronavirus pandemic and the protests for racial justice, we understand that the survey may have fallen off your radar. But, we want to strongly encourage you to take some time out of your busy day to click on the link and answer the questions—it should only take 10 minutes.
As we have highlighted in some of our communications, SEI is continually making changes to the regulations governing how we operate. The company has offered misleading information about its support for franchisees through the early days of the pandemic. SEI has pressed for more operators to maintain 24-hour operations in the midst of violence and low customer counts. We fully expect SEI will continue to exert control over how we operate—treating us less like owners and more like store managers. For these reasons, it is imperative we have a clear picture of your concerns and how you rank SEI’s support during these extraordinary times.
Here is the link to the survey. Please fill it out at your next opportunity.
