Covid Survey Update

Survey on Mobile Checkout, SEI Support, Forced Distribution and Social Unrest

As areas of the U.S. start to open up after COVID-19 shutdowns, safety and health, store operations and financial issues are still of concern to franchisees. The National Coalition conducted this survey to identify and evaluate the needs of our franchisees as the COVID-19 crisis continues. In this survey, National Coalition members were asked for opinions about mobile checkout, SEI support during the pandemic, forced distribution of COVID essentials and the effects on stores of social unrest.

A total of 427 franchisees responded to the survey, which was conducted from July 16, 2020 through August 16, 2020. The results of the survey will help the National Coalition communicate effectively on behalf of franchisee members about these issues with 7-Eleven.
