Join us for the last board meeting of the year at the beautiful Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa! Get away to the soothing white sands of Poipu on Kauai’s sunny south shore and relax at this oasis, with lush gardens and acres of pools offering ocean view dining, rooms with private lanais, championship golf and Anara Spa.
Getting here: Lihue Airport is located 15 miles, or about 30 minutes from the hotel.
Shuttle services to and from the airport are available through Robert’s Hawaii and Speedi Shuttle for a fee. Prearranged Shuttle Service guarantees a faster, worry-free arrival and departure.
Taxis are available for transport to most areas of the island. Call from the airport phones, which are located curbside at baggage claim areas.
Uber and Lyft are available on Kauai but do not offer pick-up on airport property.
All major companies are represented on Kauai. To pick up your car at the airport, proceed from the baggage claim area to the Rent-A-Car booths across the street from the terminal. Avis is also available in the lobby of the resort.

Our base rate for rooms at this meeting is $294 for a standard view room. Those rooms should be available up to our deadline of mid-October. We have other categories of rooms available that can be viewed on the hotel site via the link below. The additional categories are not guaranteed to be available and the hotel may sell out of those rooms. This could be very early in the process. We are hoping that the additional hotel room categories will be available at least for a few months. We suggest you register as early as possible if you hope to get rooms such as those with a partial or full ocean view. Also, please be aware that these rooms are at an additional rate.
