April 9, 2012 (Tucson, AZ) – Registration is now available online for the National Coalition of Associations of 7-Eleven Franchisees’ (NCASEF) 37th National Convention and Trade Show, which will be held July 8 – 12, 2012 in Honolulu, Hawaii, at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort. The theme of this year’s convention, “Islands of Opportunity,” reflects the optimism of the franchisees, their families, and the vendors who will attend this year’s convention. Last July, over 60 major sponsors and 300 exhibitors participated in the 36th National Convention and Trade Show in Las Vegas, the most successful to date. As part of the convention, the National Coalition made donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Hire Heroes USA, its designated charities for 2011. The National Coalition will again engage in a fundraising campaign for charities beginning this spring.

“We’re excited about this year’s National Convention,” stated Bruce Maples, chairman of the National Coalition. “Our franchisees have been working hard to make 7-Eleven the best convenience store chain in America with the greatest variety of products and lowest prices around. We’re incredibly proud of them, and our annual national convention is always a great opportunity to get fired up, exchange ideas and learn best practices for our industry,” Maples concluded.

The National Coalition of Associations of 7-Eleven Franchisees is the national trade group for 7-Eleven storeowners in the U.S., representing the interests of over 3,300 convenience store owners whose 5,468 franchise-owned stores employ nearly 40,000 workers.
