2026 NCASEF 1st Quarter – Affiliate and Board of Directors Meeting Registration

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Please join us for our FIRST Affiliate and Board Member meeting of 2026 held at The Westin Resort & Spa, in beautiful city of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Set on 14 acres of beautifully landscaped beachfront property, with swaying palm trees and private beach on the Pacific Ocean, The Westin Resort & Spa, Puerto Vallarta, looks and feels like a very idyllic tropical coastal escape and wellness retreat. Located in the vibrant Marina Vallarta, just minutes from downtown and the airport, this beachfront haven blends outdoor adventure, authentic culture, and serene relaxation in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. Although The Westin is so close to the center of town, it feels more secluded than other Puerto Vallarta hotels with its lush landscaping, and as private beach access.

Bright colors and tropical Mexican décor grace every ocean-view hotel room, and each accommodation includes a private balcony, plush Heavenly® Bed and rejuvenating Heavenly® Bath. Recharge the right way at The Westin Resort & Spa, Puerto Vallarta.  The Westin Resort & Spa, Puerto Vallarta is located across the street from Marina Vallarta with galleries, boutiques, and restaurants.

Location:  Paseo de la Marina Sur 205, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, 48354, Mexico

Room Rates: $229.00 per night (plus fees and taxes)

NCASEF Charity Golf Event & Affiliate Meeting

February 3-4, 2026

-Transportation provided

-Brunch & Registration: 11:30am

-Shotgun Start: 1:00pm

Paraiso 800, El Tigre, 63732 Nuevo Vallarta, Nay., Mexico

Located in Nuevo Vallarta, El Tigre Club de Golf enjoys views that stretch to the western Sierra Madre. The design team of Robert Von Hagge, Mike Smelek, and Rick Baril transformed what used to be a flat piece of land into a lush, tropical paradise.

Nine water features were added, which come into play on 12 holes, and the terrain was molded and contoured to provide interesting elevation changes.

The golf course’s proximity to the ocean means that it is also subject to strong prevailing winds, especially in the early evening. The course finishes with two of its most difficult holes.
With its massive Mayan Temple stone archway, this course boasts 12 lakes and 3 beach sand bunkers, all of which are part of the unique challenge of this loved golf course.

El Tigre Club de Golf’s par-3 17th has plenty of sand and water in play to prepare you for the beastly par-5 finishing hole. This 621-yard monster is practically a par 6 with water down the entire left side and a green surrounded by sand.
