Room Rates: $189/night plus resort fee and tax
Board members: Our board meeting will be held at the Renaissance Long Beach Hotel. Hotel rooms are split between the Renaissance and Westin.  These hotels are closer than the walk inside the Gaylord for the July meeting last year.  Rooms will be assigned in order of registration.  If you have a hotel preference, please add it in the “notes” field.

Please make your reservations for the board meeting AND for the convention through this web page and NOT through the hotel as our meeting space is allocated based on our room commitment.
