We invite you to attend the biggest NCASEF event of the year — the 46th Annual Convention and Trade Show! You’ll have so many opportunities to network, discuss issues affecting your stores and find new ways to boost profitability. This year’s event will be held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, located in National Harbor, Maryland.

Standing on the banks of the Potomac River, Gaylord National Resort welcomes guests to an upscale experience in the heart of National Harbor. Located minuets from Washington, D.C. and Old Town Alexandria, the resort is just steps away from the restaurants and entertainment of National Harbor including: The Capital Wheel, and MGM National Harbor.

The towering, 19-story, glass-covered atrium features 1.5 acres of gardens and spectacular views of the Potomac River waterfront.  You could watch the sunset over the Potomac River or stick around to visit the many monuments and museums in Washington, D.C., conveniently located just down the river.  Featuring year-round resort entertainment and a variety of dining options, Gaylord National is the ultimate destination for leisure and business travelers.

Please join us August 7th – August 10th for networking, learning, ordering, exploring and fun with colleagues, friends and family!

Sunday – This year’s events begin Sunday, August 7th, with registration and welcome reception.

Paid registration includes access to all events.

Monday – This will be a BUSY day for all of you!!  We will begin with an option to sign up for city tours at a special rate of $25/person (beginning at 9:00am) or enjoy a relaxing day out on the greens in a friendly round of golf.

Option 1: Some of the different tours will include:

  • Honoring America’s Heroes Tour – explore the national memorials that give reverence to the service men and women who dedicated their lives for the protection of our country
  • Smithsonian Museums Excursion – shuttle will drop guests off at a designated location on the National Mall, just a short walk to any of the following free museums:
    • National Museum of American History
    • National Museum of Natural History
    • National Museum of African American History
    • National Museum of the American Indian
    • National Gallery of Art
  • International Spy Museum – fill your morning discovering the origins of espionage, covert operations
  • DC Highlights Tour – guide you through some of our nation’s most treasured monuments and memorials.

Tours Signup Deadline:  July 20, 2022

Option 2: If you would rather spend the morning out golfing on a Fred Couples designed golf course in Northern VA, Westfields Golf Club would be the place to go. The course is characterized by dense tree-lined fairways, undulating greens and well-placed hazards, yet is more open and playable than might initially appear. With your choice of five tee boxes, it ranges from 4,600 to over 7,000 yards. There are no residences lining the course to intrude on it’s natural beauty of the course or to distract golfers from their game.  Westfields offers a truly unique round of golf.

There’s no additional fees for club rentals, just sign up, indicate if you need clubs and we’ll see you there.

We apologize, all golf positions have been filled at this time.

We are no longer accepting signups for this.

(Transportation can be provided if necessary.  Please indicate on your registration.)

After returning from your day out, you won’t want to miss the Sunset Dinner Cruise where you can enjoy an upscale dinner cruise on the Potomac as you drift past iconic views like the Jefferson Memorial, Georgetown waterfront and Lincoln Memorial.

Tuesday – Following breakfast, NCASEF Chairman, Sukhi Sandhu, will begin this year’s convention with the State of the Coalition address, followed by a presentation by key representatives leading our Franchisor organization, SEI, discussing important day-to-day topics from Accounting and Government Affairs.

At 11:00am, the Trade Show begins where you can check out hundreds of booths featuring great merchandise, with plenty of show deals, New Items and promotions!  Place orders and register to win many different amazing prizes and giveaways!  Later that evening we will begin our Charity Night Gala with Live and Silent Auction.  (All proceeds generated will be donated to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.)  We will conclude the night with live entertainment ensured to be fun for the WHOLE FAMILY!

Wednesday – We’ll begin with breakfast and General Sessions, and continuing with previous days’ topics on Accounting and Government Affairs with SEI.  You won’t want to miss the second day of the trade show beginning at 11:00am.  Take time to visit with each exhibitor and stick around for raffle drawings!

Stay around for final night at the Grand Banquet where we will announce the recipients of franchisee and vendor recognition awards.

We will conclude the night with a live performance by SPECIAL GUEST:

Yo Yo Honey Singh!
