The complex sits at the 34th Street/Hudson Yards stop on the extended 7 subway line, which connects the Javits Center to Times Square in five minutes and continues all the way into Queens. It is walking distance from Penn Station, the High Line and much of Midtown West.  Today the Javits Center sits amid Hudson Yards, a sprawling hub of commerce and culture that has driven the revitalization of Manhattan’s west side. We have continued with the electronic ordering system and have partnered with i-Show Manager, for electronic ordering.  Exhibitors will be able to participate in providing incentives for franchisees to come by, place orders and discuss future business.  Each exhibitor will receive one IPAD with each booth for taking orders, with more available for rent through the iShow’s website.  Part of the new system will include our trade show raffles.  Franchisees will receive points to generate raffle tickets generated automatically by electronic ordering system when orders are placed.  (No more handing out Tokens and trying to keep track of them!)  Sponsor’s ‘select items’ will have an increased value for generating points to franchisees.  Points will convert to raffle tickets. 

Be ready to make an impression by showcasing inviting displays and bring your best-selling products and special deals.  ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED THROUGH ISHOW SYSTEM IN ORDER FOR FRANCHISEES TO QUALIFY FOR NCASEF CASH ORDER INCENTIVES.

Exhibit Show Hours

Friday, July 24, 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Booth and Staff Registration

  • Booth dimensions: 10′ x 10′
  • Space rental for 10′ x 10′ booth: $7,500 per booth 
  • Vendors purchasing trade show booths are entitled trade-show only access. Full individual registrations must be purchased separately. (see below)
  • Exhibitors must register ALL personnel who will be present at the convention. Full vendor registrations beyond those earned through sponsorship are $300 each. Trade-show-only staff are free, but must register and have a badge. (Badges will be given at on-site registration desk)

Full vendor registrations ($300) include access to all sessions (except franchisee only), to include all breakfasts, Tuesday evening Welcome Reception, Thursday evening Charity Gala with live and silent auctions with live entertainment and finally Friday evening Grand Banquet where we will announce franchisee and vendor recognition awards, concluding the night with a live artist performance.

Reservations for Exhibit Space

All orders for booth space are date-stamped and will be assigned on the first-come, first-served basis. Booth registrations received by June 19, 2026 will be included in the Exhibitor’s List and Schedule of Events. Booths registered after that date may not be included in printed materials, but we still welcome your participation. 

Set-Up and Dismantling Schedule

Exhibits can be installed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 22, and from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 am on Thursday, July 23. All exhibit materials must be removed from Anaheim Convention Center trade show area immediately following the show on Friday, July 24.  All shipments must be prepaid.

Exhibitor Service Manual

An Exhibitor Service Manual with order forms for furniture, decorations, photography, electrical, labor, and shipping instructions will be provided by Freeman Company upon receipt of your booth registration.

Nestled in the scenic countryside of Princeton, New Jersey, TPC Jasna Polana is considered among the top private golf courses in New Jersey. Designed by legendary golfer Gary Player, the championship course provides an exceptional blend of challenge and beauty, making it a favorite among golf enthusiasts.

                 

The golf course blends harmoniously with its surroundings amidst the rolling hills of Princeton. Corridors of mature hardwood trees frame manicured fairways. Numerous lakes, creeks and ponds add to the golf course’s strategic diversity as well as its spectacular beauty. The course finishes with a spectacular risk/reward finishing hole, a 515-yard, par-5 18th hole, which favors long hitters.

TPC Jasna Polana played host to PGA TOUR Champions Instinet Classic for 3 years from 2000-2002 and also hosted a Shell’s Wonderful World of Golf match in 1999, where Tom Watson defeated Hale Irwin.

In 2022, NCASEF began partnership with Children’s Miracle Network.  Each year, NCASEF hosts live and silent auctions during its annual convention and trade show and donates proceeds.  We kindly ask our vendors and partners to donate items and experiences that can be featured in the auctions.
