We have continued with the electronic ordering system and have partnered with i-Show Manager, for electronic ordering.  Exhibitors will be able to participate in providing incentives for franchisees to come by, place orders and discuss future business.  Each exhibitor will receive one IPAD for ordering with more available for rent through the i-Show website.  Part of the new system will include our trade show raffles.  Raffle tickets will be generated automatically by electronic ordering system when someone places an order.  (No more handing out Tokens and trying to keep track of them!)  Sponsor’s ‘select items’ will have an increased value for generating points to franchisees.  Points will convert to raffle tickets.

Thursday, July 18 1, 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday, July 19, 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Booth and Staff Registration

  • Booth dimensions: 10′ x 10′
  • Space rental for 10′ x 10′ booth: $7,500 per booth 
  • Vendors purchasing trade show booths are entitled trade-show only access. Full individual registrations must be purchased separately. (see below)
  • Exhibitors must register ALL personnel who will be present at the convention. Full vendor registrations beyond those earned through sponsorship are $300 each. Trade-show-only staff are free, but must register and have a badge. (Badges will be given at on-site registration desk)

Full vendor registrations ($300) include access to all sessions (except franchisee only), to include all breakfasts, Tuesday evening Welcome Reception, Thursday evening Charity Gala with live and silent auctions with live entertainment and finally Friday evening Grand Banquet where we will announce the franchisee and vendor recognition awards, concluding the night with live performance by special guest, Jasbir Jassi!  

Reservations for Exhibit Space

All orders for booth space are date-stamped and will be assigned on the first-come, first-served basis. Booth registrations received by June 24, 2024 will be included in the Exhibitor’s List and Schedule of Events. Booths registered after that date may not be included in printed materials, but we still welcome your participation. 

Set-Up and Dismantling Schedule

Exhibits can be installed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 17, and from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 18. All exhibit materials must be removed from the Caesars Palace trade show area immediately following the show on Friday, July 19.  All shipments must be prepaid.

Exhibitor Service Manual

An Exhibitor Service Manual with order forms for furniture, decorations, photography, electrical, labor, and shipping instructions will be provided by Freeman Company upon receipt of your booth registration.

Charity Donations

In 2022, NCASEF began partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.  Each year, NCASEF hosts live and silent auctions during its annual convention and trade show and donates proceeds.  We kindly ask our vendors and partners to donate items and experiences that can be featured in the auctions. Hawk’s Landing Golf Club offers a thoroughly enjoyable, elegant and energizing golf experience.  The course was recently re-sculpted not only by the dictates of Mother Nature but, more significantly, by the demands of a nurturing team of dedicated golf aficionados. Following the re-design by Robert E. Cupp II of the 1986 Joe Lee layout—the new Hawk’s Landing provides challenges for all levels of golfers.

The perfect setting for challenging golf and a scenic blend of Florida wildlife and tropical vegetation. Hawk’s Landing Golf Club spans over 220 acres of lush grounds at Orlando World Center Marriott Resort. The beautiful natural surroundings, native birds, fragrant beds of vibrantly colored azaleas and plentiful sunshine create an inviting atmosphere for your round.  The landscaping has been enhanced, making this one of the most beautiful courses in Florida. The sculpted fairways are ample but mildly undulating, and approaches to the large, true rolling (TifDwarf bermuda) putting surfaces demand a steady hand. Quality, white sand bunkers frequent the sides of fairways and greens and also add to the aesthetic beauty. At 6602 yards with a 131 slope rating, Hawks Landing presents a good challenge for avid golfers.

Because of overwhelming response to this year’s convention, we are now sold out of rooms at hosting hotel.  The JW Marriott World Center is a 5-star resort with all the same amenities as the Gaylord.  We will also have a continuous shuttle between the two hotels during the hours of our events.  We will post that schedule once confirmed,  on our website. This hotel happens to be the home of this year’s Convention Charity golf tournament on Wednesday.

If you have booked a room at the JW Marriott World Center before our block was in place,  you may want to speak to a reservation agent and ask them to move you into our block at our reduced rate.  IF you booked at another hotel in the last few days,  simply make a reservation with us at the Marriott and cancel your previous reservation.   See the link below for rooms at this beautiful resort.
