NCASEF Board Meeting

(Meeting will begin promptly on Tuesday morning, please plan your travel arrangements accordingly)

Franchisee Early Bird Special extended through Sunday, June 30, 2024.
The National Coalition will be subsidizing the hotel room rate for franchisees who register during the Early Bird Period. A subsidized room rate of $209/per night for the four nights of the convention. (NCASEF discount will be shown on final hotel bill.)
Paid registration includes access to all events.

Some of the different tours will include:
- Ultimate Beach Day– enjoy ultimate Beach Day at CoCo Beach. Busses will leave at 9:00 a.m. to take you to enjoy a day lounging in beach chairs in the Florida sun or spending your day splashing in the waves. Beach games available and box lunch included. Busses return to the hotel by 4:00 p.m.
- Wild Florida– go exploring through Wild Florida. Busses leave at 9:00 a.m. to take a private everglades airboat tour, watch gator demonstrations and tour the wildlife park. Box lunch included. Busses return to the hotel by 2:30p.m.
- Victory Casino Cruise– Feel the excitement and enjoy Las Vegas-style gambling aboard Victory Casino Cruises from Port Canaveral, Florida. Busses will leave at 9:00 a.m. and returning at 6:00 p.m.
Option 2: Day at Disney (Select Your Park) – Spend a day in the most magical place on earth! Join Mickey, Minnie and friends for a day a one of the Walt Disney World Parks. Children over age 3 and over, must purchase ticket for entry. (Transportation not included.) Tickets must be purchased at time of registration.
- Animal Kingdom – Behold the magic of nature. Africa, Discovery Island, The world of Avatar, and Dinoland.
- Epcot Center – Celebrate the power of human imagination. Where the impossible becomes possible, explore the wonders of science and technology.
- Magical Kingdom – Explore lands of endless enchantment, where your fantasy becomes reality.
- Hollywood Studios – Step into incredible worlds, Stars Wars, Toy story Land, the tower of terror, more magic for your visit.
Option 3: Or, if you would rather spend the morning out on the greens, Hawk’s Landing Golf Club offers a thoroughly enjoyable, elegant and energizing golf experience. The course was recently re-sculpted not only by the dictates of Mother Nature but, more significantly, by the demands of a nurturing team of dedicated golf aficionados. Following the re-design by Robert E. Cupp II of the 1986 Joe Lee layout—the new Hawk’s Landing provides challenges for all levels of golfers.

The perfect setting for challenging golf and a scenic blend of Florida wildlife and tropical vegetation. Hawk’s Landing Golf Club spans over 220 acres of lush grounds at Orlando World Center Marriott Resort. The beautiful natural surroundings, native birds, fragrant beds of vibrantly colored azaleas and plentiful sunshine create an inviting atmosphere for your round.
There is a REFUNDABLE $200 deposit required to sign up for golf. Club rentals will be a $80 nonrefundable fee. (Deposit will be refunded upon participation in the event.)

Thursday, July 18 –
Following breakfast, NCASEF Chairman, Sukhi Sandhu, will begin this year’s convention with the State of the Coalition address, followed by important presentations by SEI representatives. At 11:00am, the Trade Show begins where you can check out hundreds of booths featuring great merchandise, with plenty of show deals, New Items and promotions! Place orders with implemented electronic ordering system where orders earn entries to win many amazing prizes and giveaways! Later that evening we will begin our Charity Night Gala with Live and Silent Auction. (All proceeds generated will be donated to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.) We will conclude the night with live entertainment ensured to be fun for the WHOLE FAMILY!
Friday, July 19 –
We’ll begin with breakfast and General Sessions, and continuing with previous days’ topics on and introducing Paradox, recruiting company with SEI. You won’t want to miss the second day of the trade show beginning at 11:00am. Take time to visit with each exhibitor and stick around for raffle drawings!
Stay around for final night at the Grand Banquet where we will announce the recipients of franchisee and vendor recognition awards.
We will conclude the night with a live performance by SPECIAL GUEST:

Hotel Reservations
Because of overwhelming response to this year’s convention, we are now sold out of rooms at hosting hotel. The JW Marriott World Center is a 5-star resort with all the same amenities as the Gaylord. We will also have a continuous shuttle between the two hotels during the hours of our events. We will post that schedule once confirmed, on our website. This hotel happens to be the home of this year’s Convention Charity golf tournament on Wednesday.
If you have booked a room at the JW Marriott World Center before our block was in place, you may want to speak to a reservation agent and ask them to move you into our block at our reduced rate. IF you booked at another hotel in the last few days, simply make a reservation with us at the Marriott and cancel your previous reservation. See the link below for rooms at this beautiful resort.
